The Lock Screen question doesn't change
iOS refreshes widgets on its own schedule. A new question usually appears within the interval you set in Settings. Opening Hitome once refreshes the widgets right away.
Tapping an answer on the Lock Screen does nothing
iOS runs widget buttons after Face ID or Touch ID recognizes you; the Lock Screen stays where it is. Questions on the Lock Screen need Pro.
I don't get notification questions
In Hitome, open Settings and check Notification permission. The question times and quiet hours are in the same section.
Can I change my goal or pace?
Yes. Open Settings; the goal and the number of new kanji a day are under Study.
How do I restore Pro on a new phone?
Open the paywall or Settings in the app and tap Restore, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel Pro or the trial?
In iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Hitome. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
